*Terms and conditions
• Customers may only enter a maximum of two Buy & Try applications.
• Customers must register for the Buy & Try program within 20 calendar days after the purchase date. The registration is absolutely necessary for participation in the Buy & Try program and a later product return. Your Account Manager will give you details of how to process this upon request.
• The application to return the product must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The return must take place within 30 days after the purchase date of the new product. Only one product per transaction and participant can be returned.
• HP only accepts complete and undamaged returns in their original packaging and with all original accessories (including ink cartridge/toner cartridges, other detachable parts, manuals, network adapter, cds, cables, etc). No refund is made without the original packaging. Incomplete or damaged returns cannot or are only partially refunded.
• The returns product can only be picked up from the customer address.
• The invoices of the return devices must be received at the latest within 7 days after submission of the return application for checking.
• The charges for the collection are carried by HP if the product is provided at ground level and is placed on a pallet at a weight in excess of 30 kg at the agreed time. If the participant does not adhere to the terms of participation, is the product not provided at the agreed time or if the carrier has to carry out a new collection through fault of the participant, HP remains the right to deduct a sum appropriate to the expenditure.
• HP reserves the right to retain a processing and / or a usage compensation from the reimbursement price. (see website for details).
• This offer can not be used in conjunction with other sale promoting measures from or special agreements with Hewlett-Packard that are offered at the same time.
